this is the first Leads i have seen with Gills it is timber,
on bib is, hand crafted in Australia Leads lures,

Hi George,is lateish model,saw one like this at Terrys when Cranky n i went to see him before chrissy,not same colour but with gill indents and was deep diver,he was just spraying a batch.

cheers, with the finnished lure without twisted hangers or holse is getting harder to see that anything is timber, top lure all the same

Here is a few Leads i have and are all timber with the gill thingy happening.
 Bought these from brand new just on a year ago and already the hooks going rusty and the paints are hairline cracking (both sides of lures) esp the bigger one as can be seen in pic Cry....These have never been used.
Trying to work out how i can stop this happening in future Confused
What if i store them inside a jar (air tight) or something.Anyone have any ideas here ?
