Hi there,
Just looking for confirmation, before I attach a little label to this lure. Is this an Elliots? Thank you for your time and help. Have a good day, Pecheur

Hi there,
Thanks guys, I don't think that this is a BarraKing, I could be wrong, but it doesn't look like any of the BarraKing that I have ever seen. And I am lucky enough to have seen a very beautiful collection of them, owned by a real gentleman. If ever that was one, I would give it to him. Any one know for sure? Have a good day, Pecheur |

Regis, a nice mid-80's Elliot 'Barra Plus' model. These were sold in Darwin from Keith Kemps Sports, which used to be in Knuckey St., but no longer exists. They were made in 4" and 5", my brother has my last one a 5" model, he caught his barra bag limit on it from the Adelaide R., first trip out in late 80's, so I let him keep the lure. Laurie (Oldman) has several in both sizes.
Speaking of 'Flacco', that picture of you in the N.T. News last week reminded me of him . If you have a copy, how about showing Gary and the other LL members, think they'd all like to see. Regards, Seaweed.

Hi there,
Gee guys, thanks for the replies, very informative, and also, to remind me about Flacco… That was a long time since I heard about him and Sandman. Now I know what to put on my little label, so even in a few year, I will be able to remember what this lure is. Capt.Seaweed, Are you back in Darwin? If yes, we should try to catch up. Have a good day, Pecheur
