I have had this one for a while and had always believed it to be a Dempster but after acquiring a couple more I have noticed the bib is thicker and doesn't quite look the same as the others. Steiny also had his doubts when I posted this originally but then confirmed it as a Dempster. Does anybody have any other ideas?

The one on the far left is the one in question

It looks Dempsterish ,if there is such a word . There is a lot of different variations in these lures , length wise most are all the same but I have noticed a difference in thickness and profile in a lot of mine . The alloy bib does'nt look right to me  but hey whats to say George didn't throw a alloy bib in one of his lures to try it .Cheers StickoThumbs Up

I am thinking the same as Sticko, The paint style  is pretty distinctive and the choices of ally probably weren't as good as we are blessed with these days.

I am thinking more Wild River/BK Lures.
The paint job indicates to me that it originated on the Atherton Tablelands.

Munt lure painted by George is my final guess! Georges' bibs were thin material.

Thanks Steiny, I think that solves it and I suppose makes it collectable in its own right.

Cheers Scotty

Hi Scott
What's that lure on the left in the third photo? Doesn't look like a Dempster and has something written under it.
Cheers Steve
