Sadly, I've been informed no longer being made, couldn't compete with cheap imports.
Another cottage Aussie timber maker gone, if you can still find, grab em, will be collectable.
Regards, Tony.

This is a real shame that once again cheap imports have closed the doors on this little lure making company. They are ,or were a great Aussie made product and i am proud to have them in my collection Star Sticko

I picked these up this week from MO, they were still in there catalogue so I ordered 10 I only received 7 so I think they are out. But for me I was lucky.

I have bought 40 lures in the last month with more lures on order with some makers, Lure Lovers is no good for my bank balance. I have a swag of japanese lures here, no more of them I'm sticking to Aussie Timber lures from now on. And I promised my wife at the beginning of the year that I won''t be buying more luresLOL

Oh does anyone want to buy some jackalls...

Found a 'Banana Fish' in these yesterday, at a local junk shop. Little bit different than the one in Tim's catalogue here, eyes are painted 'round' instead of looking forward. Also found one not in either of the catalogues shown. Red head with pearl body, does anyone here collect them?
Seaweed.

I am sure there would be "ünderground"collectors of these as they are so well made, great shape and look very "pretty"Embarrassed.

I should try some of mine on the fish. I know people who swear by the bleeding mullet Basstads as great barra lures.
Martin-

you don't havta be pretty to fish
