Ok after the three Lure Expos that have been on I have collected alot of new Australian timber lures. Most of these came with packaging ie. backing card or clear prepack. So if I were to store these lures and discard the packing would they be worth less? Or if you have packing for a lure it makes it more valuable?

Old lures with packaging are definitely worth more How much????? ….some say upto 50% more. Laurie.

Always keep the packet. To give an indication, a Newell Boney in mint condition might be worth $100 where a backing card with it will see it go around $125 or so. At a rough estimate.
