G'day all, My son Matthew wanted me to make a lure as a P-40 Warhawk plane and I can't believe it swims too.
I don't think he will ever use it as a lure. Thank's for looking and Happy New Year |

Thanks everybody, it was not as straight forward as it might seem and I had to balance the whole plane out to make it swim. I was going to use a metal bib with chrome finish but Mat wanted it clear to see the big teeth. The art-work was easy to do and I have a few timber bodies sitting there if anyone wants one done- Just PM me! I am busy up until June but can fit them in if needed Cheers, Dave |

Yes dave a creeper type lure has wings on the side, (like a plane)....its a surface lure not a bibbed diver....i was just saying it would be fitting to have the creeper type wings on one of your plane lures (goes hand in hand)
i was suggesting it so maybe you can make " YOUR" young fella one someday if you were doing another for him ,as im sure he would love it if hes into planes. |

Great stuff!
I made one of those little Jim Beam bottles you get on an airplane into a lure, also did a heap of clogs I bought in Amsterdam. They all swim, even caught Barra on them.........
