Hi All,

I am Kelv's & Donna's Daughter. Just found this website and cant believe how many people have our lures and are still chasing them.

Sadly we lost dad back in 2007.

I have been there through the production of the Cudgeefish Lures ever since I was a little kid. I have seen how far they have come since the start. I was even lucky enough to have one of the Lures named after me the GRUMBLEBUM.

If anyone has any pics they would like to post that would be great.

Happy to hear everyone is still happy with them.

Hopefully one day down the track I will get back into making them and Live dads dream once again.

Thanks again Guys.
Alicia (Grumblebum)

Alicia
Welcome to the site.
If you would like to put some pictures of him on this site, or any history about his lure making, feel free to do so.
It would be much appreciated, and help tell "his story"

Hello and welcome Alicia. As Laurie said, any info on your dad such as the journey that got him into lure making, what types of fishing he enjoyed and any little observations you had of him, as only families can get ( that your happy to share ) is all great history that collectors of his lures love to read.

Hi Grumblebum LOL, welcome, although years apart, we have a common bond, 4 yrs ago while learning my way around a computer for the first time my daughter said Google C Lures dad, having forgotten all about lures for 20yrs I was blown away, never realised people (very Confused strange people LOL) collected lures, I am now carving a few again Big smile, your dads shrimp is my favourite, hope to see you do some more one day, enjoy the journey you are about to embark on Smile.

G'day Alicia long time no see As everyone has noted here on site your old mans lures were great, and I still firmly believe some of the best lures ever sold in the Australian Market Place. As you would know the 90mm shrimp was such a versatile lure in that it caught many cod/barra for me....I've still got a couple of Grumblebums that have absolutely smashed redfin and bass and yellowbelly. I was only thinking the other week would it be worth the drive to rylestone and investigate some of those willows that were laden with cudgee lures to restock! Anyways regards to your mum and yourself regards B.J.Bochow.

Thanks to Laurie (Oldman), I'm now the proud owner of a 'Grumble Bum' CudgeeFish. First and only for my Aussie timber collection. Love it, beaut little lure. Now need to know where Rylstone is? LOL.
Regards, Seaweed.
