Thanks to a member here, I was given the opportunity to acquire the top lure in this group of four, during a recent trade, very happy, it's now the pride of my collection.
Thought I'd take a group shot of my early 'round - bibbed' BarraKings, three of these could possibly be even some of the earliest ones Henry made. Before being named BarraKing, they were just referred to as Hall's Lures. Notice the slight changes in profile, top and bottom the same, two and three slightly thicker in the tail.
Would like comments about that from LL members, who may have early ones in their collections.
Regards, Seaweed.

Nice old handmade lures Tony.

Henry's first lures were made with aluminium bibs as in the photo, all are a round bib but the ones on each end were much earlier.

Thanks for showing Ian/Mick, some nice ones there.
I feel his early hand-carved ones are a clear nod to Eric Moller, because of demand he went to copy-lathe, only natural. Hope more show up in time.
Regards, Tony.
