They are a nice lure and quite distictive. The maker, Kel Bartley of Rylstone died back in 2007.

I only had the one which I sent Laurie's way a while back. By the way, where is Laurie, I have not seen him post (although he has been on here I see) for quite some time.  Laurrrrrie, there's Cudgie fish hereLOLLOL

A great collection of Cudgee Fish there Darcy, they are a well made lure and the finish is great (I wish it were easy to get pics that show how nicely many lures are finished!)

Now that you mention it Alistair, yes - Oldman has been quiet lately, especially with some nice Cudgees being posted up! Wakey wakey Laurie! LOL

p.s. Darc'y - Please give me a yell if you're ever looking at parting with them Wink (that is if Lauries not allready banging on your door) LOL

Cheers, Tony

Good afternoon ,
yes the Cudgeefish are something else it took a lot of arm twisting to get these ,but I could give the phone number to anyone who is interested in some more as long as they have a few good Bellbrooks in the black Albert pattern to trade.
Regards Darcy.

great photos darcy that black shrimp up top was the barra slayer for me, in that colour The red fatbob is the 2nd generation of its name as the originals were half that thickness, beside it the slim bob has caught me many juvenile cod and yellas the orange one name escapes me was a one off made especially for me and was never swam. the first two you posted have caught cod for me!

Are they yours ropes? Very nice selection indeed. I quite like the cudgeefish, they are a different lure than the 'norm' and are well finished.

Well there you go good ol kelvin he always did do a great paint job. a lot of lures there in colours i wish I had but have noticed that with 48 lure models (cudgee) you aint always going to see the entire range in one hit. Kelvin sold his lures through mo-tackle once maybe old man can elaborate on what was sold through there. regards brian.Big smileBig smileBig smile

I think I'd better move this post to the CudgeeFish section, as that's the best eye candy anyone who likes CudgeeFish could hope for I'd say! Beer
