Lures dropped off yesterday for me to take photos, 5 months overdue.
Came across them early January and arranged to take photos. Nothing seems to move fast up here. It appears that they were acquired from an estate sale locally,sometime ago. Distinctive bib and prominent trout pattern I had thought there might have been more will need to chase up.. Regards John |

Yes Walures they are easy to tell the bibs mostly had the thick clear bibs mate A couple of mine |

Were they successful river lure in there day.
I understood they originated in Tassie, but cannot remember seeing them hanging off the walls of the fishing shops on the NW Coast. Burnie, Devonport, Ulverstone, Smithton. which had rivers and whitebait visiting yearly Maybe there were limited numbers and they sold quickly. Looks like a lot of work involved to make one Regards John
