A quick paint job from last night. Sparkle top.

Anyway, and critiques or suggestions are very welcome, I’d just like to keep improving !

Very effective! Is that a lace stencil pattern or crackle paint?

Hi !

It’s this “glitter” lace stuff I found. Seemed like it might be cool to spray through. :)

You asked for suggestions , I would ditch the pink on the tail to "ME". Its the wrong intensity try misting down a little white down before the pink it will brighten up the pink if it's your thing.  With the red , try thinning it a little more and drop air pressure it will make the blending a little nicer with less speckling. While you had the chance the I would have sanded down parting line on the lure body.

Love the lace work pattern looks like crackle paint and because of that I would have put more of that on display on the back . Nice stripes really well blended along the edges and the clear coat is about 3 coats is it. Working with sparkles can be a pain and never show up well in pictures but well done !.
 I would buy one .

Thank you for the suggestions! I agree completely with everything that you said. Definitely going to take those tips and use them for my next round of paint jobs!

Not too bad at all, big lure made in Texas and love the colours.

Cheers,
