I have been a bit slack of late,but yesterday and today I finished this 105cm minnow. Just a time out from doing the carving for the Demon Lures.

Looks like a good mackerel lure - apart from the colours that is.

A bit of tongue in cheek with my comment. 

I never used to like the white with red head until I moved to Cooktown and it proved to be the most successful of all colours for mackerel- well for me anyway. I could never understand the reasoning of that colour but trolling a spread of lures and that colour receives the most hits so therefore the most fish. Even when using the same lures in different colours, the red head outperforms the others.
