I bought 2 of that exact lure (different paint jobs though) on eBay last year from Rupe for about $80 each from memory. I think I remember seeing that paint scheme in another listing at the same time too. Lures have since been traded as I don't collect RMGs, but thought the eBay price might help you for a reference.

If it was an early one, then maybe $250, but it looks to be a recent one, so Maybe $100

Depends on the "inferred" date of production in my opinion.
 
If most of the lures sold last few years are not 20 or more years old then I think $100 is too generous.
