I'm always intrigued to view the early work of our lure makers. These three Ollie Lures are from around 1992 and according to Ollie were produced in very limited numbers(20 - 30) out of Red Cedar.
I believe that historical lures of this type greatly enhance any collection and am delighted to be able to add them to mine.

Thank you for posting Col, certainly only made 20-30 of the Barra lures but made approx 120-150 of the shrimp lures which was one of the first lures including the 'Minnow' lures since 1989. Always interesting to see how ones work evolves over time, have tried to improve the action and the finish on all my lures overtime , a good example is the 'Stingray". If anyone has seen the first models of the Stingray will know what I mean.
Attached a pic of the last Barra lures(Mac-rays) I send to Darwin and Weipa.
