Here is a few photos of my Custom Crafted which were purchased between 1989-1995. There are bib differences and shape differences.

You can pick the early hammer heads deb by looking at the heads. The reel early ones ones will have e flater head, hence the name "hammer". Check the bibs and you will see some are hand cut. I have some early ones with yellow eyes as well as white, Monty

The bib on the lure in the last photo is quite flimsy and it is hand cut.

YES debbie they were thin on the old hammerheads but i ve never had one let go on a fish great llures caught a few cod &yellas on them yellow &green was my personal fav

I liked the older custom crafted shapes, like the extractors with the rounder head. Always wondered why he changed the a bit.

Quietly admired and collected in the background Debbie, the early Cc lures are classics.
Nice pick up. I grab all the early ones I can when they come up at a fair price. Werris Creek Dave, i agree with you the old Nobby head styles are nice . And the Lumo divers were a slick looking lure. |
