Having had some success on SBT with an old WK bristle jig which I fitted with plastic skirts and yellowfin in WA a lot of years ago I decided to try making them myself. I don't have a metal lathe so I machined the back end of the hex brass held in a drill chuck with a hacksaw blade and a square file. Wasn't easy. Drilled hole thru centre from both ends in the drill press using a small machining vice.
Then used my Bandsaw to cut the 45*face which I surfaced on a sanding disc on the multitool.
I am pleased with result.

I also finished some poppers that I have been working on for a while not having a lot of success with ETex!!!!but will keep perservering. Seem to be OK on small lures but not so good on larger lures.

The older I get the more I learn.
