So that was the new member of the Twitcy family Pete.
Thy look really good ClapClapClapClap
What size are thy ???
Remember we talked about, there was cicadas in DK. The nearest we got, is this little 2 cm long  "bugger" (Acheta domestica) In Danish FÅREKYLLING Directly translated : Sheep Thicken Big smile Because the noise it makes, sound like a Thicken. Got one in the House, and sleeping at night is quit hard LOL

Per, These ones are about 45mm long and the insect comes out of the ground
and climbs into the trees they make a noise that is deafening sort of like a ringing in your ears
they fly like a moth and land on the water and the fish love them. the little insect you showed us
is much like our crickets that sound like grasshoppers when they rub their legs together...WinkWinkWink...Pete.
I'd rather be fishing with

Some cicadas produce sounds up to 120 dB (SPL)[11] "at close range", among the loudest of all insect-produced sounds.[12] This is especially notable as their song is technically loud enough to cause permanent hearing loss in humans, should the cicada sing just outside the listener's ear (unlikely).

Thanks fore the info on the Cicadas. Remember when i was very young, we had one of the "danish cicadas" living under the Wood floor. Can tell you the sound of a Chicken every night, maybe not 120 db. but Censored annoying LOLLOL
