Got this nice little fellow this week for restoration. Nice Sardine shape about 75mm long. We thought, Damper Diver, Munt or Leads? Just swam him, nice tight shimmy...

Looks to be Damper Diver, Ian. Was it painted when you received it?

That's how I got it, checked Rod Cockbain's lures and the rear eyelet is always under the belly!!

Hmmm, could it be one of Lee's then? He does these shapes.

The bib shape is maybe a little too "rounded" but otherwise it might be a C Lure sardine. Ken.

The cutout in the bib for the front eyelet is probably the biggest clue! It seems to be too good for a "one off".

Damper Divers were originally pulled this way from the bib, then went to front eyelet on the nose, sure it's not one?

There are a few similarities, but the back of the lure is more rounded on the Dampers and the wire is slightly thicker also. Would like to see more Damper models though!!
