    Posted: 18 Apr 2016 at 9:53am
Got 40 or so on the go for our team in the Barra Classic which is 4 weeks off. A variety of sizes, depths and colours, although the predominance of green is evident.....

Hopefully I have it all covered to put us on the scoreboard........

NiceClap, but I really like the shape of that purple one. With a smaller bib it would rip through the water.

I know what ya mean about sorting crap to take I am doing the same thing for my trip north WA going for a few months and leaving Sunday, got crap everywhere, no idea where I am going to fit it and still worried that the crap I will want will be in the stuff I left home.
Have a good one mate

Ended up a very respectable 19th place from a field of 53 teams.

Our biggest for the week a 98 cm model taken on one of my 200 mm "Moolay".

All our fish for the week were caught on my lures......very happy with that!

Don't know if it's common knowledge, but the 'hard-luck' story of the comp., was the fella who caught a 127cm fish, measured it, photographed it, released it, then accidentally deleted the image off of the SD card given to all competitors. Gotta feel sorry for him, that fish would have made him overall Champion Angler Ouch. Anyway, him and his teammates know he caught it, bet they'll take multiple images on different devices next time, if there is a next time. Fish must have been 60-70lbs, if as thick as the others shown in the event. Seaweed.
